P2 has assisted the board of this premier club in selection and coaching of key staff members contributing to exemplary gains in communication, retention, service and revenue

As the club grew as an organization it was clear that more mature system were requires. One of these needs was to develop a process for identifying, screening, and hiring executive team members that would thrive in Aldarra’s culture.


P2 shared best practice to streamline the hiring process. They also customized a set of interviews and assessments for improvement to safeguard that the fit is a healthy one for the candidate as well as the organization using our assessment tool.

The Aldarra team experienced significant improvement in service orientation, retention, and communication with and between executive staff while reducing there time to fill by 30% and retention by 45%
